Working in Navitus involves meaningful interactions with clients (local and multinational organizations) in the country and abroad. The main purpose of client meetings is to understand their specific strategic requirements, carry out a thorough analysis in order to come up with relevant and practical ideas and solutions.

Nature of our business demands advance scheduling of activities, often stretching from six months to a year and over, and also extensive travel, mostly domestic, to urban and rural areas.

Point of entry

Qualifying candidates will kick-off as associate consultants with a significant component of relationship management related tasks. It is in this role that you will build credibility in the eyes of your colleagues and in the marketplace. Your primary goal will be business development with the core focus of adding greater value to client organizations.

Career tracks

As you build your professional reputation over time, you will be in a position to choose which career track to excel in. It could either be as a consultant or as a trainer or a combination of both.
