Talib Karimi works with Navitus’ CRD team as a customer relationship manager. After completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Nottingham, Malaysia campus, he came back to settle in Karachi.

Talib has worked with the NGO, United Youth Of Karachi (UYK) and nonprofit organizations like the “Rotaract Club,” as an officer in their Educational Services.  He aspired for more impactful and meaningful initiatives, which led him to the Learning & Development industry, and subsequently to Navitus.

Talib’s passion for event and project management developed through his involvement with it in his academic life. This helped him sharpen his communication skills. Consequently, he is better able to understand the needs and requirements of our learning partners in a variety of industries. He is a firm believer in the importance of corporate culture and its role in effective execution of innovative and change strategies. .

He enjoys sports like cricket and table tennis and is very fond of reading fiction and nonfiction, ranging from genres like fantasy, mystery and thriller.

Talib lives with his family in Karachi.
