Anum Shaheen is a fresh addition to the Navitus Customer Relations team. Graduating with a BBA degree from IBA in June 2010, she stepped out with a glint in her eye and a song in her heart, determined to make her mark in the world.

Anum is a strong believer in the power of education. She advocates the ideal that education is indeed the great equalizer, as it empowers people to achieve their true potential. It was this that drew her to the field of organizational development, one that focuses on promoting learning and capacity building at all levels of management, in various industries.

Intensely passionate about the arts, Anum has participated in various dramatic and literary activities throughout her academic life. She has led various creative teams for student initiatives organized at IBA, and actively worked towards building a strong publications base there. Her professional interest extends to media, advertising, public relations, brand building and consumer behavior.

Anum lives with her family in Karachi.
