Adeel Hasan, as Head of Marketing, leads the Navitus’ clients’ relationship management team. He enjoys interacting with customers with respect to consulting projects and learning initiatives that make a positive difference.

As a consultant and trainer, his areas of interest include attitudes, team dynamics and skill building initiatives needed in effective communication and sales.

Before joining Navitus, he spent a year working in Mauritius for a global leadership organization where he headed HR operations and was responsible for learning and development, talent attraction, recruitment and induction. Since 2006, he has been part of culturally diverse teams – working with over 15 nationalities in Pakistan, Mauritius and India.

He earned his Honors degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), studying Social Sciences and Economics, majoring in Anthropology. His academic background, combined with professional experience in Human Resources allows him to connect with and aptly understand clients and their exacting needs. He feels that organizational success in  local and multinational organizations is primarily a result of human effectiveness which can be maximized if organizational culture is healthy.

Adeel is a Navitus TTT certified trainer and also serves on AIESEC’s national supervisory group.

Being an enthusiastic Bollywood fan he misses being a Radio Jockey for his campus radio station. An admirer of the science of spirituality, he is fascinated by concepts of love for the world vs. love for God and strongly believes that the burden of responsibility towards breaking stereotypes associated with Islam and Muslims lies with those in Pakistan who are acutely aware of this problem.
