Fakiha Imran is a management consultant and facilitator at Navitus. She is a dynamic professional who brings with her over sixteen years of rich experience of the corporate world, having served in different industries such as hospitality, investment & trade, education, training and consulting.

Prior to joining Navitus, she was associated with the Karachi Marriott Hotel as Director Sales and Marketing. Her exposure to senior management positions equips her to speak on strategy development, exemplary execution and developing to managing teams for superior performance.

She has also had the opportunity to coordinate Train The Trainer (TTT) program conducted for Millicom (an international telecommunication company) in Sri Lanka. The subject program was designed to prepare internal trainers of Millicom from six different countries of South Asia Region. During her tenure at Board of Investment and Trade, Punjab, she has dealt with a number of diplomatic missions and Investors representing different countries, providing her with precious cross-cultural experience.

Through her TV appearances in DAWN’s First Blast, Morning with HUM and other channels, she has gained nationwide recognition for her people management expertise. Fakiha is blessed with an innate ability to connect with people both at an intellectual and emotion level. Her maturity, complemented by her live heartedness and candor, enables her to reach out to people through her genuine interest in them. This capacity helps her create an environment of trust and respect – elements that critical for any learning environment.

Fakiha’s primary area of specialization is communication skills, sales effectiveness, people & performance management, self-enrichment and customer service. In addition to above, she also adds to Navitus’ strengths of team building, problem solving, conflict management & time management. Fakiha played an integral role in Nesvita Women of Strength campaign as the resource person – motivational speaker.
