Muhammad Ali brings with him extensive HR operations, OD, training and development and project management experience spanning over a period of 8 years. He specializes in designing and delivering training in areas like strategy design, communications, creativity and problem solving, negotiations, team building, project management and the Management Development Programs (MDP). As an OD consultant, he conducts organizational & front line assessments, designs performance management systems on the balance score card methodology, gauges employee engagement and attempts to create organizational alignment. Ali’s engagement with Navitus as a corporate and social sector consultant and trainer formalized in 2005 and ever since then he has worked with 50 different organizations across 10 industries. This exposure has enriched his understanding of the Pakistani corporate context, enabling him to devise solutions aimed at unlocking latent capabilities in people and organizations. His experience in HR Ops and OD only widens his repertoire as a trainer since he can relate to various organizational realities. Ali obtained his MBA from LUMS. His association with learning and development started with the School of Leadership. As a youth trainer, Ali designed and delivered interventions which varied both in scale and scope. He designed and delivered initiatives like the Young Leaders Conference (YLC), Youth in Governance in collaboration with Transparency International, Beyond Borders in association with the British Council, Train the Trainer for the faculty at the College of Business Management (CBM) and the Leadership Series for schools. Through consulting and learning interventions, Ali has added value to organizations like P&G, Engro Foods, CONCERN, PTC, ZONG, Emirates Airlines, CNBC, Packages Limited, Reckitt Benckiser, Tethyan Copper, DAMEN, Nestle, Hid Power Company in Bahrain, Tetra Pak, MCB Bank, HBL, DG Khan Cement, Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Dalda Foods and the Gul-Ahmed Group of Companies. On a personal level Ali is fascinated by Islamic business management concepts and organizational politics and change. His thoughts are greatly influenced by philosophers like Imam Ghazalli (RA), Dr. Muhammad Iqbal (RA), Henry Mintzberg, Ricardo Semler and local entrepreneurs like Muhammad Sohail of Zuflah Tents.
